Return Eligibility

Because our items are often one-of-a-kind, vintage, or made in small batches, all sales are final unless the item arrives:

    •    Damaged,
   •    Defective, or
   •    Not as described.

If that happens, please email info@indi-genius.org within 7 days of receiving your item, with: 

    •    Your order number
   •    Clear photos of the issue
   •    A brief description

We’ll review and let you know the next steps. If a return is accepted, we’ll send instructions and issue a refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)

If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.
